Remember that sour-started breads (Integrale, Sour Dough, Rye Breads, etc) take 48 hours to prepare, allowing for the highest

quality taste and texture, so please let us know that you would like to order them by 4:00pm two days before the delivery date.

(For example: if you need Sour Dough on Sunday, we would like to know by the end of the day the preceding Friday.)
